UWISDOM offers customized analysis of your data. We work with you from experimental design to publication in order to leverage our expertise to help you get the most out of your research. Below you will find some specific data types and analyses that we are experienced in. However, if you don’t see your specific data type or analysis, please reach out. Not everything is listed here, and we are always excited to learn new methods!
To get started with your project, please setup an initial consultation.

Transcriptomics | RNAseq scRNAseq | Differential expression Functional enrichment and GSEA Cell type clustering or cell deconvolution Pseudotime |
Proteomics | Mass spec Phosphorylation | Differential abundance Functional enrichment and GSEA |
Microbiome | Amplicon sequencing Meta-genomics Meta-transcriptomics | OTU/ASV analysis Genome assembly or binning Differential abundance or expression |
Multi-omics | Combinations of the above | eQTL, meQTL, aQTL Latent factor analysis Discriminant analysis |
Raw data
We offer data analysis starting from raw fastq, idat, or most other omics files. This includes sequence alignment, counts table generation, SNP calling, and more. These processes may incur additional computational costs over projects that start from processed data. We do not offer raw proteomics data processing at this time.
Data upload and storage
We will upload your raw data to public repositories such as GEO, dbGaP, and SRA as part of a standard project. If you require longterm data or results storage, this will incur an additional yearly cost based on the total GB being stored and how frequently you need access to the data.
